This policy provides our voluntary return terms in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.

1. Return Window

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Email us with your order number and the item you wish to return. A reason is optional for change-of-mind returns.

After receiving return instructions, please send the item back within 14 calendar days of your return request, unless applicable law provides a different timeframe.

2. Condition of Returned Wigs

For returns under our voluntary policy, wigs must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with their original tags, accessories, and packaging.

If you are considering a return, please do not:

  • Cut or alter the lace.
  • Cut, colour, bleach, or chemically treat the hair.
  • Apply glue, adhesive, perfume, or styling products.
  • Wash the wig or use it for extended wear.

Please inspect the colour, length, and construction carefully before making alterations.

These conditions do not override inspection rights, statutory cancellation rights, or remedies for faulty goods. Where permitted by law, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may result in a proportionate deduction for diminished value.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Requests for photographs or prompt reporting do not remove your statutory rights.

4. Return Instructions

Contact fytrgyfjhthu@gmail.com for the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send a return to the sender’s address on the parcel unless we confirm it is the correct location.

Keep proof of postage and use a trackable service where available. Contacting us for instructions does not make any statutory cancellation right dependent on our approval.

5. Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary policy, the customer pays return shipping.

If a return is required because we sent an incorrect item or supplied a faulty or damaged product, CosplayD covers necessary return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.

Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable where legally permitted.

6. Refund Processing

We will review returned items and communicate the outcome promptly.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after approval, without exceeding any applicable legal deadline. Where the law requires a refund before inspection or sets an earlier deadline, that requirement takes priority.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Any lawful deduction will be explained. We do not impose deductions that are prohibited by applicable law.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different colour or style, contact us before returning your item.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Where an exchange is unavailable, an eligible return can be processed for a refund, and you may place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will try to stop shipment. If it has already shipped, the relevant return or statutory cancellation process applies.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available in your country or region.

Where applicable, these include cooling-off rights and remedies for faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. Any mandatory refund deadlines and delivery-charge rules take priority over our voluntary policy.
